Ideal conditions: Requires bright, indirect light - ideally southern light. Thrives in a sandy, even gritty, well-draining soil and love generous watering during hot weather 90 degrees and above.

Notes: Adeniums are a fascinating species of succulent plants lose their leaves during the winter. When flourishing they produce spectacular trumpet flowers. Their caudex (swollen trunk), stores water to conserve moisture for times of drought. Watch the trunk for signs of when it needs water.
Feed plant with half strength 20-20-20 fertilizer during the growing season.
Sap contains a poison and is not safe for human or pet consumption.
