Origin: Begonias originate from India. The Pink Mink hybrid was created by Kit Jeans-Mounger in 2002
Ideal conditions: Prefers bright light, may be able to tolerate morning sun. Allow soil to almost completely dry in between waterings. Check 2’ down for dryness to guide watering schedule. Feed with half strength fertilizer during the growing season.

Notes: The Angel Wing Begonia was named for its foliage, which is shaped like the wings of angels. Angel wing begonias, referred to as 'cane begonias' grow upright and have more distance between the nodes than other types of begonias.
The Pink Mink produces beautiful foliage. Prune to desired shape. Clippings can be easily rooted in a cup of water. Powder mildrew can occur. Treat with a fungicide.
