Begonia Angel Wing 'Sinbad'

Availability: In stock (2)

Origin: Begonias originate from India. There are over 1,500 hybrid species.

Ideal conditions: Prefers bright, indirect light. Begonias are happiest in shallow pots with well draining soil. Thrives in humid environments. Water only from the bottom up, water left on the leaves can leaves unsightly burn marks.

The angel wing begonia houseplant likes moist soil, but not soggy. Allow the soil to dry between waterings. Fertilize at ¼ strength during the growing season. They thrive with humidity tray kept underneath them to keep soil evenly moist.

Ease of care: Challenging but worth it

Notes: The Angel Wing Begonia was named for its foliage, which is shaped like the wings of angels. Angel wing begonias are more properly called cane begonias. They grow upright and have more distance between the nodes than other types of begonias.

Sinbad Angel Wing Begonia Plant is an antique variety of Begonias. It produces beautiful foliage.
