Philodendron 'Prince of Orange'

Availability: In stock (2)

Origin: South America; hybrid

Ideal Conditions: Prefers bright, filtered light. Thrives in a well draining potting soil. Allow top of soil to dry between waterings, like soil to be slightly moist. Humidity is welcome.  Feed with half strength fertilizer once a month during the growing season if the plant is producing new leaves.

Ease of care: easy breezy

Notes: Leaves grow in an orange hue and later turn green as they mature. Lower leaves die and fall off in order for new leaves to grow in. Clean leaves periodically to enable proper photosynthesis. Grows to be around 2’ tall.

The 'Prince of Orange' makes a terrific air purifier.

Not safe for human or pet consumption.
